Q: Why an art vending machine?

A: We wanted to create a quirky and convenient way to showcase all the RAD artists living and working in and around the Northern Berkshires to visitors and residents alike.

Q: Where does the money go?

A: 88% of the money spent in the art vending machine stays in the Northern Berkshire community, (shaking fist at you credit card processing fees and taxes!) with the bulk of your purchase going directly back to the artist. Art Vending North Adams takes a percentage of each sale to cover expenses to make the project sustainable.

Q: My art didn't vend, now what?

A: In most cases you will not be charged for your purchase if the item did not vend correctly. If you are unsure of whether or not you were charged you can reach out to us at hello@avna.space. Please include your name, time of purchase, a description of the artwork you attempted to purchase, and if applicable, the last four digits of your credit card.

Q: Iā€™m interested in setting up an art vending machine, can you give me some advice?

A: With over three years of slinging art in a vending machine, we have a bunch of insights and processes we can share, offering consulting services on a sliding scale basis.
